This Privacy Policy describes how EZ RECURRING LLC ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use Filtro (the "App").

1. Accounts

The App does not require you to create an account. You can use the App without providing any personal identifying information such as a name or email address.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Images you upload for the purpose of AI image generation and processing. These images are temporarily stored on our servers to fulfill your request.
Generated images produced by the App based on your input.
Purchase information, processed through RevenueCat, our third-party payment provider. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous user identifier and transaction data to manage subscriptions and purchases. We do not directly collect or store your payment details. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Device and log information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic data.
Usage data and analytics, including interactions with the App, features used, and performance data.

3. Data Retention

All images — both uploaded by you and generated by the App — are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. We do not retain your image data beyond this period.

4. Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

Process and generate images based on your input.
Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
Improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
Ensure security and prevent fraud or misuse.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, license, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating and improving the App, including:

RevenueCat — for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Cloud Hosting Provider — for server infrastructure and data storage (all data encrypted in transit and at rest).

These providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and may only process data on our behalf.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the legal rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

Business Transfers: If EZ RECURRING LLC is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such change.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS/SSL encryption. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel only.

However, please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

Our servers are hosted in Germany. By using the App, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in Germany, which may have different privacy laws than your country of residence.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Data Access & Portability: You may request a copy of all data we hold related to your use of the App.

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time. Images are automatically deleted after 30 days, but you may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Withdrawal of Consent: You may stop using the App at any time to cease all data collection.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

Right to Know — Request what personal information we collect, use, and share.
Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal information.
Right to Opt-Out — Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your data.
Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR:

Legal Basis — We process your data based on your consent (uploading images) and our legitimate interests (service delivery, security).
Data Subject Rights — You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
